Но ментальнос= 090;ь людей Востока отл&#= 1080;чается сдержаннос= 090;ью в горе и глубочайши= 084; чувством справедлив= 086;сти ко всем стор&= #1086;нам, участвующи= 084; в конфликтах, особенно, в критически= 077; моменты противосто= 103;ния.

Таки= ;х критически= 093; моментов в последнее в&#= 1088;емя на нашей ПЛАНЕТЕ наблюдает= 089;я слишком много даже д&= #1083;я нашей неспокойно= 081; и бурно развивающе= 081;ся ЦИВИЛИЗАЦ= 048;И.

И членам Гражданск= 086;го Международ= 085;ого Комитета никогда не забыть открытых Пр&#= 1072;вославных Храмов в Таганроге 12 сентября 2001 г. и искреннюю скорбь прос&#= 1090;ых россиян «о невинно убиенных» в &= #1053;ью-Йорке. Но никто в России и в Украине также не забудет искреннее соболезнов= 072;ние интеллекту= 072;лов Испании (Эрнесто Гарсия и всей его сем&= #1100;и, Jose Lui= s Dolz, Jul= io Atance), скорбящих о ТРАГЕДИИ ДЕВЯТОГО ФЕВРАЛЯ 2004 г. в МОСКВЕ.

Все, кто видел первую ИНТЕРНЕТ-ст&#= 1088;аничку Гражданско= 075;о Международ= 085;ого Комитета (Web-Page www.cic-wsc.org ) , а это практичес= 082;и все сотрудн&#= 1080;ки Мариупольс= 082;ого филиала Межрегиона= 083;ьной Академии управления персоналом, &= #1085;е могли без уважения и симпатии говорить о народе Испании, которому близ = 82;а боль и народов Югославии и народов Вос&#= 1090;очной Европы, такж = 77; как и их собственна= 103;.

Мы видим, что общая скорбь роднит народы Вели&#= 1082;их Культур Человечест= 074;а. Конечно, хотелось бы, чтобы нас чаще объединяла общая радос&#= 1090;ь и общие достижения, но, видимо, необходимо всем на этой<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> Земле пройти через потери и утраты.

Such critical moments recently on our PLANET it is observed too much even for = our restless and roughly developing CIVILIZATION.

And= to members of Civil International Committee never to overlook open Orthodox Temples in Taganrog on September, 12, 2001 and sincere grief of simple Russians " about innocent убие= ;нных " in New York. But anybody in Russia and in Ukraine also will not fo= rget the sincere condolence of intellectuals of Spain (Ernesto Garcia and all = his family, and Jose Luis Dolz and Julio Atance), grieving about TRAGEDY FEBRUARY, NINTH, 2004 in MOSCOW.

Certainly, it would be desirable, that we were unite= d is more often with general pleasure and the general(common) achievements, but, probably, it is necessary for all to pass on this Earth through losses and losses.
